Adaptive equipment

Help retrieving materials

Staff members will retrieve books and other materials as time and level of business permit. Particularly on evenings and weekends, retrievals may be limited to five items. You may request help in advance.

Help photocopying

You must pay for copies with a copy card (FUTURE DOCUMENT). Staff will help with copying for make a limited number of copies as time allows. You may request to leave items for copying and pick them up within 24-48 hours. You must request large copying jobs in advance. Staff cannot make copies that violate U.S. copyright law (see Gallaudet University Copyright Guidelines).

Research help

Make an appointment for in-depth, uninterrupted help with research. The Library liaison for persons with disabilities can recommend search strategies and information sources. Users who need help reading citation, abstracts, and other materials must provide their own readers.
